Street cars like those run by City Car Club are hired by the hour or day. The scheme therefore ensures drivers have considered other options of travel before automatically deciding to take out a car, thereby reducing the amount traffic on the road.
I was privileged to catch up with 13 year old Aiden, an internationally renowned Hula Hooper on his way to an event.
