Paul Ellis (pictured), MD of Sussex-based Yo Cycle claims his device to be the smallest, greenest and most convenient "People Mover" ever invented. "It's great for covering large distances without effort, and folds into a shape no larger than a briefcase".
The lithium batteries recapture energy when going downhill or slowing down.
